DEMITASSE Games(以下「当方」)は、モバイルアプリ「PokerShiftRogue」 (以下「本アプリ」)における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。

1. 当方が集める情報

当方は、利用者を識別できる情報を一切収集しません。

本アプリはアカウント登録を求めず、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・生年月日などの入力を求める画面がありません。当方が運営するサーバーは存在せず、本アプリから当方へ送信される情報はありません。

2. 端末の中に保存される情報

本アプリは、遊びの続きを再現するために次の情報を利用者の端末の中だけに 保存します。当方や第三者へ送信されることはありません。

• ゲームの進行状況(スコア、所持メダル、解放した要素、保存したビルド)
• 設定(言語、BGM と効果音の入り切り)
• チュートリアルを読み終えたかどうか

これらはアプリを削除すると消えます。

3. 広告について

本アプリは、Google LLC が提供する広告配信サービス Google AdMob を利用しています。広告は3種類です。

• バナー広告 —— ホーム画面の下部に常時表示されます
• リワード広告 —— 「メダルを2倍にする」際に、利用者が自ら選んだときにだけ再生されます
• 全画面広告 —— 何回か遊んだあと、ランを終えてホーム画面に戻るときなどに表示されることがあります

本アプリは、パーソナライズされない広告のみを要求する設定にしています。 利用者の興味・関心に基づいて広告を出し分けることはしません。

ただし、パーソナライズされない広告であっても、Google は広告の配信・表示回数の制御・不正防止・集計のために、IP アドレスや端末の識別子などの情報を処理することがあります。Google による情報の取り扱いについては、以下をご確認ください。

4. トラッキングについて(iOS)

本アプリは、他社のアプリやウェブサイトをまたぐ利用者の追跡を行いません。 広告識別子(IDFA)を取得しないため、iOS の「トラッキングを許可しますか」という確認画面は表示されません。

5. 欧州経済領域(EEA)・英国の利用者の方へ

該当地域からご利用の場合、本アプリは初回起動時に、Google の User Messaging Platform を通じて広告に関する同意確認を表示します。

同意した内容は、アプリ内の 設定 → プライバシー → 「広告の同意設定」 からいつでも変更・撤回できます。

6. お子様の利用について

本アプリは、お子様を対象として設計・宣伝しているものではありません。当方が個人情報を収集していないため、お子様から個人情報を取得することもありません。

7. 情報の第三者提供

当方は利用者の情報を保有していないため、第三者へ提供することはありません。広告配信に伴う Google による情報の取り扱いは、第3項に記載のとおりです。

8. 情報の安全な取り扱い

当方は利用者の個人情報や機密情報を収集・保管していません。本アプリが端末に保存する情報（第2項）は本アプリ専用の保存領域に置かれ、ほかのアプリからは読めません（OS の仕組みによります）。広告配信のための通信（第3項）は、Google AdMob により暗号化（HTTPS）されます。

9. 情報の保持と削除

• 端末に保存される情報（第2項）は、本アプリを削除するまで端末に残り、削除すると消えます。当方はサーバーに情報を保存していないため、当方が保持・削除する情報はありません。
• 広告配信に伴って Google が処理する情報の保持期間は、Google の方針によります。https://policies.google.com/technologies/retention
• Android 端末の広告 ID は、端末の設定（プライバシー → 広告）から削除・リセットできます。
• ご不明な点は第11項の連絡先へお問い合わせください。

10. 本ポリシーの変更

法令の変更や本アプリの機能追加に応じて、本ポリシーを変更することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合は、本アプリまたは本ページでお知らせします。

Privacy Policy (English)

DEMITASSE Games ("we") sets out below how information is handled in the mobile application "PokerShiftRogue" (the "App").

1. Information we collect

We do not collect any information that identifies you.

The App has no account registration and never asks for your name, email address, phone number or date of birth. We operate no servers, and the App sends no information to us.

2. Information stored on your device

To restore your progress, the App stores the following on your device only. None of it is transmitted to us or to any third party.

• Game progress (scores, medals, unlocked content, saved builds)
• Settings (language, music and sound effects)
• Whether you have finished reading the tutorial

This data is removed when you delete the App.

3. Advertising

The App uses Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google LLC. There are three kinds of ads:

• Banner ads — shown at the bottom of the home screen
• Rewarded ads — played only when you choose to watch one in order to double your medals
• Full-screen (interstitial) ads — may appear after you have played a few times, for example when you finish a run and return to the home screen

The App requests non-personalized ads only. We do not tailor ads to your interests.

Even for non-personalized ads, Google may process information such as your IP address and device identifiers in order to serve ads, cap how often you see them, prevent fraud and measure performance in aggregate. See:

4. Tracking (iOS)

The App does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies. It does not access the advertising identifier (IDFA), so iOS does not show the App Tracking Transparency prompt.

5. Users in the EEA and the UK

If you are in these regions, the App shows a consent message via Google's User Messaging Platform when you first launch it.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from Settings → Privacy → "Ad privacy options" inside the App.

6. Children

The App is not designed or marketed for children. Because we collect no personal information, we do not collect personal information from children either.

7. Sharing with third parties

We hold no user information, so we have none to share. Google's handling of information in connection with advertising is described in section 3.

8. Secure handling of information

We do not collect or store personal or sensitive information about you. The data the App keeps on your device (section 2) is stored in the App's private storage, which other apps cannot read (this is enforced by the operating system). Network communication for advertising (section 3) is encrypted (HTTPS) by Google AdMob.

9. Data retention and deletion

• Data stored on your device (section 2) remains there until you delete the App, and is removed when you do. We keep no data on servers, so there is nothing for us to retain or delete.
• Information that Google processes to serve ads is retained according to Google's policy: https://policies.google.com/technologies/retention
• On Android, you can delete or reset your advertising ID in your device settings (Privacy → Ads).
• If you have any questions, please contact us at the address in section 11.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as laws change or as the App gains features. We will announce material changes in the App or on this page.
